James R Campbell, Wealth Management Advisor, CLU®, ChFC®
Life Insurance Specialist

Jim Campbell joined Northwestern Mutual in May, 1988 after graduating from Northern Illinois University, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He is a Wealth Management Advisor in Bob Styrkowicz’s office of the Kramer Financial Group, and has achieved the designations of CLU® and ChFC®.

Jim lives in Naperville with his wife, Dana and their three sons, Sean, Troy & Kyle. 

When not concentrating on his business, Jim enjoys coaching his sons’ teams, basketball, football and golf, and vacation travels with his family.



David Park, CLU®, ChFC®, CLTC®, CASL®
Retirement Plan Specialist

David Park has been part of the financial services industry since 1991. He is a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. David has been working with Northwestern Mutual for 23 years.

Being a Wealth Management Advisor, David finds himself changing people’s lives and businesses on a daily basis. These changes will not only affect them today, but will continue to affect them positively in the future.

As a Retirement Plans Specialist, David aims to service companies to help achieve his ideal goal of 100% plan participation and 100% retirement readiness for their employees. David builds his retirement plan business model around education for the participants and compliance assistance for the business.

David’s business has thrived on spotlighting the client’s goals above all else. He has built a solid, loyal client base that he and his team work diligently to protect and service. As an added bonus, David has been fortunate to develop great personal relationships with some of his clients as well.


Tony Myers, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®
Estate & Business Planning Specialist

Tony attend Northern Illinois University. In 1998, he joined Northwestern Mutual as a College Intern. Upon graduation in December of 1999, Tony became a full-time representative and has enjoyed helping his clients achieve financial security. Tony was recognized as the Number One Financial Representative in the Kramer Financial Group, out of 100 representatives, in 2009 and 2013.

Tony holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®) designations from The American College. He is also one of three Estate and Business Planning Specialists in the Chicagoland area.

Tony is actively involved in several local community organizations, including Feed My Starving Children, St. Mary’s of Gostyn Men’s Club and Indian Princesses.

Tony enjoys baseball, golf, working out, and spending time with his family. He and his family are alumni and avid supporters of Northern Illinois University and their athletic department. Tony resides in Downers Grove with his wife, Ali, and their two children, Cailyn and AJ.


Micky Wright, CPA®, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®
Estate & Business Planning Specialist

Micky Wright joined Northwestern Mutual in December 1996.  Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, he was a Senior Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP in Chicago.  He is a Wealth Management Advisor/Estate & Business Planning Specialist in Scott Carr’s office of the Kramer Financial Group. Wright has qualified for Forum multiple times, while serving on your FRA Board as the liaison to the Field Systems & Technology committee, serving on a number of Ad Hoc committees & pilots related to the promotion of new technologies for the field, and most recently as the FRA President Elect and current FRA President.  He utilizes his knowledge of technology to collaborate with financial representatives from around the country.  His comprehensive financial planning practice is supported by his team of AWMA Travis Boothe, AFR Abbey Henderson, and assistant Sarah Cunnar.

Wright’s professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), The Illinois CPA Society, and the Chicago Estate Planning Council.  He has also served on the Board of Associates of the Indiana University Student Foundation.

Wright received a B.S. Degree in accounting in 1993 from Indiana University.

Wright is married to Deb and they have a son, Kyle and daughter, Avery.  They live in Naperville, IL.  Micky enjoys travel, golf, basketball and spending time with his family.


Mark R Guskey, CLU®
Disability Specialist

Mark’s mission to help clients gain clarity, purpose and confidence in their financial decisions. Similar to the mission of Northwestern Mutual, Mark emphasizes doing the right thing for the client every time. He listens, breaks complex issues into manageable tangibles, follows through to the end and always does the right thing—just as he would do for his own family if faced with a similar situation. Mark spends time helping clients define their goals and dreams, along with developing solutions to achieve those aspirations.

Mark is married to Diane and they reside in Naperville, IL with their three children, Addison, Aubrey, and Ayden. Mark loves spending time with his family and experiencing life through their eyes as they grow up. Being active important to Mark and brings a balance to his life. Diane and Mark love to travel with their favorite destination being Cabo.


David H. Johnson III, CPA®, MBA
Retirement Plan Specialist

Dave’s career as a Retirement and Pension Specialist with the Northwestern Mutual is really a continuation of, and draws upon, his previous work experiences.

After receiving his MBA, Dave joined Ernst & Ernst in Kansas City as a financial services consultant. En route to becoming the Partner in charge of Financial Services Consulting for Ernst & Young´s Midwest Region in Chicago, Dave also served in Cleveland and Minneapolis.

In 1991, Dave joined River Forest Bancorp as President of Aetna Bank, one of the subsidiary banks. As they merged and consolidated banks into what is now Corus Bank, Dave became Chief Operating Officer and was in charge of the Trust Department.

In 2000, Corus sold its Trust Department to Cole Taylor Bank, so Dave joined with a primary emphasis on the retirement plans business. Late in 2002, Cole Taylor Bank exited much of the Trust Business and Dave moved to Northwestern Mutual as a Retirement and Pension Specialist. His background has provided him with the opportunity to become knowledgeable in the retirement plans area.

Dave, by nature, is a facilitator, a knowledge sharer, and a teacher with a great deal of enthusiasm.

Dave lives in Hinsdale with his wife Marilyn. Dave and Marilyn have four children, Dave, Christopher, Rebecca and Emily. Dave enjoys many family activities as well as playing golf and basketball regularly.


James Adrian Jr, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, CAP®
Long Term Care Specialist

James is an entrepreneurial business owner, who successfully started, grew, and sold three interrelated corporations while adhering to a vertical integration business model. After 16 prosperous years of operating these companies, James transferred into retirement at the age of 37 upon selling to a Fortune 500 Company. In 2005, he was recruited by Northwestern Mutual to interact with closely held business owners and entrepreneurs in order to assist these individuals in reaching their financial goals and help them turn their dreams into reality.

James is a lifetime resident of DuPage and Kane Counties. He lives in Elburn, Illinois with his wife, Linda, and daughter, Alexandra. James has been a Lyric Opera of Chicago Patron since 1992.


Paul McNellis
Bank-Owned Life Insurance Specialist

Paul McNellis is recognized as a Financial Advisor with the Kramer Financial Group of Northwestern Mutual in Downers Grove, IL and works in the Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI), Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) and personal marketplace.

Prior to that, Paul McNellis was the Institutional Fixed Income Specialist for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)-Oppenheimer, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies with regards to fixed income instruments.

Speaking engagements include the Northwestern Mutual Central Regional Meeting, January 2006, where Paul McNellis was recognized as the #1 Producer for the Central Region and the Northwestern Mutual Annual Meeting, July 2007, where Paul McNellis was a featured speaker on the topic of Executive Benefits and BOLI. He was also highlighted in the Northwestern Mutual newsletter, Columns', in February 2006.

 Paul McNellis has qualified for Northwestern Mutual Forum in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2013. Paul has reached the Northwestern Mutual Central Regional Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Leader levels as well as being named the Premium Leader in the Central Region in 2005.

Paul is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2004-2010), the Illinois Bankers Association (IBA) and the Community Bankers Association of Illinois (CBAI).

Paul McNellis graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Psychology in 1991.

Paul McNellis holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Paul is married to Bridget, they reside in St. Charles, Illinois and have three lovely children, Madeline, Mary and Danny.
